Trekking Kilimanjaro: One Step Closer To Heaven

The world’s highest free standing mountain, Kilimanjaro has 7 routes reaching its volcanic cones. However, the easiest one to trek is via Marangu Route known as Coca-Cola or tourist route which offers quite a relaxed journey with an extra acclimation day, thereby increasing the chances of reaching the summit. The expedition offers a cornucopia of scenic views for nature lovers and photographers.

WHAT’S IN STORE FOR YOU?
  • As a trekker, you can expect the best possible comfort throughout the expedition. A well-trained cook treks along with your tour guide who will be happy to serve you. Cold drinks, chocolates, and mineral water can be purchased while you make your way through the lush green forests.
  • The camps and huts are so close to the stars that they give you an experience that you may have only dreamt of.
  • Bird watching and mammal sightings on the way, while following the bootprints of some famous mountaineers who have trekked Mount Kilimanjaro will make you ask for more.
  • The early morning glimpse of the Kibo Crater showcasing the glaciers is simply mesmerizing.
  • Giant Lobelia and groundsel plants can also be seen.
  • You will be given a green certificate for reaching Gilman's Point (5685m), whereas a gold certificate will be issued to those reaching the Uhuru Peak (5895m) which is the highest summit.
  • A return trek passing the Zebra Rocks and photography of the mountain range are strongly recommended.
